摘要
近年来,我国加工贸易进入转型升级的调整阶段。文章分析了近10年来中国加工贸易政策变化的取向,探讨了近年来中国加工贸易的变化趋势,并采用工业增值率、进口中间投入比率、生产环节变化和出口复杂度指数(EXPY)来研究中国加工贸易价值链升级的情况。在此基础上,提出了当前中国加工贸易转型升级存在的问题和对策。
With the rapid development of global value chain specialization, China, as a developing trading power, has integrated into the global value chain through processing trade. In recent years, China＇s processing trade has begun to transform and upgrade. This paper discusses the transformation orientation of China＇s processing trade policy in the last decade, explores the development trend of China＇s processing trade, and analyzes the upgrading of China＇s processing trade value chain by industrial value-added rate, the ratio of imported intermediate input, the change of production link, and the index of export sophistication （EXPY）. On the basis of the above study, it proposes the current existing problems and the future countermeasures in the transformation and upgrading of processing trade in China.
