摘要
服务外包具有不完全性、质量控制的非标准性、知识生产性以及ITO和BPO捆绑和KPO规模扩大趋势,使得在承接服务外包过程中,承包商更容易在与发包商密切的交流中加快知识积累,提升竞争力。但这种知识的学习也受到承包商学习能力和发包商知识分享意愿的影响,承包商学习能力越强,与发包商关系越密切,价值链升级越快。我国服务外包企业的成功发展也证明了通过服务外包实现价值链升级的可能性。因此,利用服务外包推动价值链升级应成为我国发展现代服务业的重要途径。
International service outsourcing has the characters of incompleteness, non- standard quality controlling, knowledge production, bundled ITO and BPO and KPO increasing trend, which make providers easier to accumulate knowledge and enhance their competitiveness. However, the content of providers' learning is affected by their ability to learn and the relationship between clients and overseas providers. The closer the relationship is, the stronger providers' ability to learn is, and the more quickly they will upgrade their value chain. The success of Vancelnfo in China proves that companies in developing country can achieve the upgrading of value chain by outsourcing. Therefore, China should develop its modern service industry by outsourcing.
