深色毛皮中游离甲醛含量测定方法的研究 被引量:4

摘要 选用了毛皮染色中常用的四种染料配制成系列质量浓度的溶液,然后向溶液中加入已知量的甲醛标准溶液,通过测定加标回收率,分别考察了双空白法和固相萃取脱色法在测定不同颜色、不同色度的萃取液中甲醛含量的准确性。试验表明:在萃取液色度较高时,对甲醛检测有明显干扰,双空白法已不再适用;而经固相萃取小柱脱色后,提取液的本底吸光度大幅度降低,提高了检测的灵敏度和准确性。 Four kinds of dyes used in fur dyeing were prepared into a series of mass concentration of the solution, and then a known amount of formaldehyde standard solution was added to the solution. Accuracy of the double-blank method & decoloration method with solid phase extraction in the determination of the content of formaldehyde of different colors, different shades of the extract were measured by the recovery of standard addition. The results show: the higher extract chroma have significantly interfered with the determination of the content of formaldehyde, so the double-blank method is no longer applicable; by solid phase extraction decolorization, the background absorbance of extract is greatly reduced and the sensitivity and accuracy of detection are improved.
