摘要
在12K和300K下测量了半磁半导体Zn_(0.095)Co_(0.05)S和Zn_(0.97)Ni_(0.03)S的吸收光谱,分别发现3个新的吸收峰。根据晶体场理论和群论分析结果,它们分别对应于Co^(2+)的~4A_2(F)→~2T_1(H)、~4A_2(F)→~2T_1(G)和~4A_2(F)→~2T_2(P)的跃迁吸收及Ni^(2+)的~3T_1(F)→~1A_1(G),~3T_1(F)→~1T_1(G)和~3T_1(F)→~1E(G)的跃迁吸收,并用晶体场理论分析了跃迁的选择定则和跃迁的相对强度。
The absorption spectra of Zn_(0.95)Co_(0.05)S and Zn_(0.97)Ni_(0.03)S have been measured at 300K and 12K. Three absorption peaks have been observed in Zn_(0.05)Co_(0.05)S and Zn_(0.97) Ni_(0.03)S, respectively, which are attributed to the transitions of ~4A_2(F)→~2T_1 (H), ~4A_2(F)→~2T_1(G) and ~4A_2(F)→~2T_2 (P) of Co^(2+) and the transitions of ~3T_1(F)→~1A_1(G), ~3T_1(F)→~1T_1(G) and ~3T_1(F)→~1E_1(G) of Ni^(2+), respectively, in the light of crystal field theory and group theory. In addition, the selection rule of transition and the transition intensity have been discussed by the crystal field theory.
