30例胫骨pilon骨折手术治疗的体会 被引量:1

摘要 目的:探讨治疗胫骨pilon骨折手术方法和疗效。方法:回顾性分析我院2009年1月~2011年10月我院收治手术的30例pillon骨折的临床资料。结果:骨折临床愈合时间8~16周,平均12周,II型优13例,良1例,优良率100%;III型优11例,良4例,差1例,优良率93.75%。结论:对于胫骨pilon骨折,手术选择合适的LCP钢板,尽量保护骨折周围的软组织和血供对于骨折的愈合有着至关重要的作用。 Objective: To explore methods and efficacy of the treatment of tibial pilonfractures. Methods: Retrospectively analyzed clinical data of piUon fracture for surgical treatment of 30 cases admitted to our hospital from January 2009 to March 2012. Results: Fracture healing time was 8 to 16 weeks, an average of 12 weeks also type II excellent in 13 cases, good in 1 case, and type III excellent 11 cases, good in 4 cases and poor in 1 case. Conclusion: For tibial pilon fractures, we need to select the appropriate LCP and try to protect the surrounding soft tissue and blood supply,that plays a vital role in fracture healing.
