摘要
目的:介绍采用DHS内固定治疗老年股骨粗隆间骨折的体会。方法:2005年3月～2011年3月收治42例老年股骨粗隆间骨折患者,应用DHS内固定治疗,术后1年行髋关节Harris评分。结果:所有病例术后均获随访,时间11～16个月,平均13.6m。优21例,良15例,中5例,差1例;优良率85.7%。结论:严格掌握适应证和正确手术操作,DHS仍是治疗老年股骨粗隆间骨折比较好的方法。
Objective：To introduce the DHS internal fixation for older intertrochanteric fractures experience. Methods： From march 2005 to march 2011 , Treatment in an elderly 42 intertrochanteric fracture patients, the application of the DHS internal fixation for, a year after hip; Harris score. Results：All cases postoperative had been followed up, time 11 - 16 months, an average of＂ 13.6 m. Optimal 21 cases ＂good＂ in 15 cases, in 5 cases, poor in 1; Was 85.7%. Conclusion：Strict indication and correct operation, DHS might be stiU treat the old intertrochanteric fractures in a better way.
