荷丹片治疗脂肪肝59例疗效观察

Clinical Observation of Fatty Liver Treated with Kwun Cha Hedan Piece

目的:观察荷丹片治疗脂肪肝的临床疗效。方法:将脂肪肝患者随机分为治疗组59例,对照组46例;2组均采用西医常规治疗,治疗组加用荷丹片口服,疗程3个月,比较其疗效。结果:治疗组与对照组总有效率分别为96.95%、67.97%,差异有统计学意(P<0.01)。结论:荷丹片治疗脂肪性肝病疗效确切,安全性高,明显优于单用西药者,具有临床意义。

Objective： To study on clinical efficacy of Kwun Cha Hedan piece treatment of fatty liver. Methods： The patients with fatty liver were randomly divided into treatment group 59 cases, 46 cases in the control group; Both groups were given a routine western medicine treatment group Hedan tablets orally for three months, to compare the efficacy.Results：The treatment group and control group, the total effective rate was 96.95%, 67.97%, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.01）.Conclusions： The exact Hedan tablets in the treatment of fatty liver disease efficacy, safety, significantly better than with Western medicine, with clinical significance.
