摘要
从理论上推导了一般情况下多层样品PTR信号的解析式,分析了光学不透明三层样品。用推导的振幅和位相表达式拟合三层样品的实验数据,并计算出中间层的厚度。
The general analytical expressions of PTR signal for multilayer samples are derived. The optically opaque three-layer sample is analyzed in details. Using the derived amplitude and phase expressions, the experimental data of the three-layer sample are fitted. The thickness of the buried layer in the sample is calculated.
