由于特殊的工艺要求 ,测量氟气、氮气流量的检测元件 ,无法采用标准孔板 ,本文针对这一课题 ,在实践中摸索出小锐孔板的规律 ,并在生产中得到应用。

As a result of the requirement of special technology,the components of measuring F 2、N 2's flow aren't able to use the standardization hole-plank.Thus the author has Istud led it in practice and found out the law.This no-standard hole-planks have been applicated into the production.
