摘要
磁性温敏传感器是基于温敏软磁材料开发的集温度传感与控制于一体的温度传感器,具有结构简单、灵活,温控精度高、性能稳定、可靠、经久耐用、无源控制等优良特性,在实际应用中受到广泛关注。主要介绍了磁性温敏传感器的基本原理、基本结构、基本特性以及目前在工业自动控制系统、汽车电子行业及家电行业的主要应用,并结合实际应用经验提出了磁性温敏传感器的小型化、高稳定性、宽温区控制等特点将是该类器件在未来军事装备中新兴的应用方向及发展趋势。
Magnetic thermosensitive sensors are developed based on the temperature sensitivity of soft magnetic materials, which integrating the functions of temperature sensing and temperature control .The advantages of the sensors include simple and flexible structures, precise control of temperature, steady property, higher-reliability, passive control and so on. In this paper, the basic principle, basic structures, basic characteristics and applications of the magnetic thermosensitive sensors in industrial automatic control systems, automotive electronics industry and home appliances industry are introduced. According to the practical experiences in practical applications, it is proposed that developing the characteristics of the magnetic thermosensitive sensors ,including miniaturi- zation, higher-reliability, wide temperature range, will be the emerging application direction and trend of military equipments in future.
