摘要
针对FDYQ-Ⅱ型微型电子测压器的智能化水平和使用便捷性与国际同类产品尚有一定差距,对其从硬件和软件两方面进行了智能化通信与操作设计,从工作状态设计、单片机软件设计、上位机软件设计分析了软件设计,从前面板的设计分析了硬件的变化。智能化设计不仅极大地提高了操作的便捷性,而且增加了许多辅助功能,也提高了测试的稳定性和可靠性。
Due to the gap between FDYQ-II micro- electronic piezo gauge and the similar products in the world markets on intelligent level and convenience of use, some optimization designs are made from the hardware and software on intelligent communication and operation, which come from software mainly compared to original design. Software designs mainly include the design of the working status, microcontroller software and host computer software, and the hardware modification analysis of the front panel design are given. Intelligent design improves the ease of operation greatly and adds a few auxiliary functions, as well as improves the stability and reliability of the test.
