摘要
设计了一种环形物件针雕刻系统,并介绍了该环形物件针雕系统的控制策略。该系统创造性地利用文字和图片的点阵来控制步进电机和钻石针的工作,以便在环形物件上雕刻出文字和图案。由VisualC++6.0开发上位机软件获取文字和图片的点阵,并把点阵传送到以STC12C5616AD单片机为控制核心的针雕机,针雕机根据文字和图片点阵就可以实现文字和图片的雕刻。实践证明整个系统运行稳定,控制精度高,具有较高的创新性和实用价值。
A needle carving system for circular objects is designed in this paper. The control strategy of the system is presented. Creatively ,the system adopts the character/ picture matrixes to control the stepping motor and the diamond needle so as to mark characters or pictures on the circular objects. With the software designed in Visual C++6.0, the host computer gets the character/picture matrixes and transfer them to the needle carving machine with STC12C5616AD as the control core. The needle carving machine can complete the carving of characters or pictures. The experiments show that the system works stably with high control accuracy and has higher innovation and practical value.
