摘要
目的:对不同采收期鸢尾科射干属和鸢尾属植物射干、日本鸢尾、德国鸢尾的有效活性成分进行比较分析,以确定最佳的采收期。方法:采用HPLC法对8月、9月采集的射干、日本鸢尾、德国鸢尾中射干苷、野鸢尾苷、鸢尾黄素、野鸢尾苷元、次野鸢尾黄素、白射干素进行测定。结果 :9月采集的射干和德国鸢尾中射干苷、野鸢尾苷、野鸢尾苷元、次野鸢尾黄素含量高于8月采集的样本。日本鸢尾中有效成分含量没有明显差异。结论:鸢尾科植物射干、德国鸢尾的最佳采收时间为9月。
Objective: The article carried on analysis and comparison for active ingredients 'of Belamcanda chinensis(Linn.)Redoute, Iris germanica, Iris japonica Thunb in different^havest periods to ascertain the best havest time. Method : Content determinations for Tectoridin, Irisflorentin, Iridin, Irigenin, Tectorigenin and Dichotomintin of Belamcanda chinensis(Linn.)Redoute, Iris germanica, Iris japonica Thunb which collected in August and September were made by HPLC. Result : Tectoridin, Hisflorentin, Iridin, Irigenin, Tectorigenin and Dichotomintin of Belamcanda Chinensis(Linn.)Redoute, h'is germanica, Iris japonica Thunb collected in Seplember were more higher than those collected in August.The active ingredients in Iris japonica Thunb had no significant differences. Conclusion : The best havest time of Belamcanda chinensis(Linn.)Redoute and Iris germanica is September.
