Research Progress of Sophora Flavescens in the Treatment of Gastric Cancer

胃癌是常见的恶性肿瘤之一,中医药作为辅助治疗的方法在临床上越来越常用。苦参是常用的抗癌解毒中药,目前的研究证实苦参相关成分及其制剂具有抑制胃癌细胞增殖,诱导细胞凋亡,抑制肿瘤血管生成等多种药理机制,并且具有对化疗解毒增效,提高机体免疫力,缓解患者疼痛,改善生活质量等多方面的临床作用。

Gastric cancer is one of the common malignant tumors,Chinese medicine is more and more used as a adjuvant therapy in clinic.Sophora flavescens is a commonly used anti-cancer and detoxified herb.The current studies confirm that Sophora flavescens related ingredients and its preparations have a variety of pharmacological mechanisms,such as inhibiting of the proliferation of gastric cancer cells,inducting cell apoptosis,suppressing tumor angiogenesis.So Sophora flavescens can reduce toxicity and increase efficacy of chemotherapy,enhance the body immunity of gastric cancer patients,and relieve pain to improve the quality of life and so on.
