The Application of Infrared Thermography in the Study of Peripheral Facial Paralysis Treated by Acupuncture

回顾相关研究,介绍红外热像技术在研究针灸治疗面瘫机理及评价针灸疗效方面的发现:面瘫患者健、患侧温差明显;针灸疗法能调节患病区域明显升高或降低的表面温度,使之与健侧趋同,部分效应是即刻显现的;面瘫患者神经功能恢复后,健、患侧面部温差无明显差异;红外热像图可用于指导临床选穴。提出该领域值得继续深入研究和临床推广应用。

This review took a review of related researches,figured out that facial temperature of peripheral facial paralysis patients were unbalanced observed by infrared thermography,and listed out numbers of discoveries of acupuncture effect in treating peripheral facial paralysis,such as regulating unbalanced facial temperature immediately and the long time effects.Infrared thermography is a valuable method to evaluate the recovery of the disease treated by acupuncture,and also infrared thermography is helpful in selecting acu-points in clinical treatment.Further researches are needed to manifest scientific effects of acupuncture through clinic-lab combined studies,and such method is required to apply in hospital.
