4种方法治疗屈指肌腱腱鞘炎疗效观察

An Observation about the Effects of the Treatment to the Tenosynovitis of the Tendon of Flexor Muscle of Fingers in 4 Methods

目的：探讨屈指肌腱腱鞘炎的不同程度采用不同的治疗方法,并对临床结果进行分析。方法：回顾性分析2007年1月—2010年12月收治屈指肌腱腱鞘炎患者180例,男62例,女118例,年龄22~76岁,平均46.5岁。发病部位：拇指75例,食指26例,中指45例,环指22例,小指12例;病情程度：Ⅰ°46例,Ⅱ°78例,Ⅲ°56例。其中保守治疗有25例,鞘管注射有86例,针刀闭合手术58例,开放手术11例。结果 ：保守治疗的痊愈12例,显效7例,显效率76%;鞘管注射的痊愈45例,显效31例,显效率88.4%;针刀闭合手术的痊愈43例,显效12例,显效率94.8%;开放手术的痊愈10例,显效1例,显效率100%。结论：屈指肌腱腱鞘炎病程分度,有利于选择不同的治疗方法。

Objective：To investigate the different therapy based on the different degree of the tenosynovilis of the tendon of flexor muscle of fingers and analyse the clinical results.Method：An analysis to the past,180 cases suffering from the tenosynovitis of the tendon of flexor muscle of fingers has been treated from january 2007 to december 2010 including male 62 cases,females 118.age 22~76.Average age 46.5 years old.Location of disease：Thrumb 75 cases,index finger 26,middle finger 45 cases,ring finger 22 cases,lesser finger 12 cases.Disease course degree：Ⅰ°46 cases,Ⅱ°78 cases,Ⅲ°56 cases.Among them conservative therapy 25 cases,sheath canal injection 86 cases,needle-scaplel close operation 58 cases,open operation 11 cases.Result：12 cases recover by conservative therapy,showing effects 7.The rate of showing effect is 76%;45 cases rec over by sheath canal injection,the showing effect 31,and the rate of showing effect is 88.4%;43 cases recover by using needle-scaplel close operation.showing effect 12,the rate of showing effect is 94.8%;10 cases recover,1 case showing effect,the rate of showing effect is 100% by using open operation.Conclusion：Classification of the disease course is good to choose the different treatment method.
