摘要
介绍了氧气切断球阀的结构特点以及所需满足的苛刻工况要求;采用有限元分析方法对阀体、球体、阀座、支撑板、阀杆等承压件的强度进行了有限元分析;介绍了对球体磨削、零部件装配等关键制作步骤的控制过程;结果表明,研制成功的氧气切断球阀可以满足苛刻工况要求,实现了氧气切断球阀的国产化生产制造。
Author has introduced the structure feature of the globe valve used for oxygen gas and the severe condition required to be satisfied; finite element analysis has been made for its strength of pressure parts of valve body, globe body, valve scat, supporting plate, valve stem etc. ; has introduced the key fabricating procedures and controlling process of globe milling/grinding and assembling of the parts etc. ; result indicates that oxygen gas blocking globe valve successfully developed can satisfy the severe condition requirement, so local production/fabrication in China of oxygen gas blocking globe valve can be realized .
