摘要
介绍了80万t/a TEC大颗粒尿素装置的工艺流程和粉尘洗涤-尿液回收系统工艺流程;分析了产生尿素粉尘的原因及其影响因素;提出了减少尿素粉尘的改进措施。改进效果表明:造粒系统粉尘量由占生产负荷的7%下降至4%,大颗粒尿素返回蒸发系统的尿液含水量由7.2t/h降低至4.2t/h。
Author has introduced the process flow in the TEC large granule urea plant with a capacity of 800 000 t/a and the process flow in the powdery dust scrubbing- urea solution recovery system ; has analyzed the existing cause of powdery dust of urea and its effecting factors ; has presented the improvement measure to reduce the powdery dust of urea. Improvement effeet indicates that powdery dust content in priUing system is reduced from 7% to 4% ,occupied under operating load, water content contained in urea solution for large granule retunaed to evaporation system is reduced from 7.2 t/h to 4.2 t/h.
