摘要
本文研制了一种镁合金用抗静电耐温涂料。通过对基料树脂、颜填料、和助剂的筛选与研究,研制了镁合金专用底漆和面漆配套体系,该底漆具有优异的附着力,与面漆配套具有良好的抗静电、耐温性、防腐性等综合性能。
Antistatic temperature resistant coating used for magnesium alloys was prepared. The special coatings and top-coatings used on magnesium alloys were prepared by the selection and study on matrix resin, pigments and extenders, and additives. The primer coatings have excellent adhesion and match to the top-coatings together with antistatic property, high temperature resistance and anti-corrosion properties.
