虚拟制造技术在高精度内圆磨床开发中的应用

本文分析了高精度内圆磨床的特点及虚拟制造的概念 ,讨论了从造型设计到过程中虚拟制造技术的应用 ,并从3维造型设计、虚拟装配、虚拟运动仿真。

In this paper,the characteristies of the exploitation of grinding machine and the concept of virtual manufacturing are analyzed.The virtual manufacturing technology for the exploitation of grinding machine is studied from 3Dmodeling,virtual assembling,motion emulation,machining emulation,and finite element analysis and optimization.
