摘要
根据汽车转向泵自动装配过程工艺要求和特点 ,采用SIEMENS的S7 -200PLC设计出一种程序控制系统。结合Kistler的CoMoII -S智能测量仪表 ,系统实现了对压力和位移的高精度实时监控 。
According to the technological requirements and features in the assembling process for the vane pump of automobile,a programme control system is designed using S7-200PLC of SIEMENS.Combining with the control monitor of Kistler CoMo II-S, the system has realized the real time measurement and control for the pressure and position with high precision, and improved the qualities of products greatly.
