摘要
《质量发展纲要(2011-2020)》将强化企业的主体质量作用,严格企业质量主体责任,发挥优势企业引领作用,推动企业履行社会责任。为帮助企业深刻理解和认真贯彻《纲要》的要求,文章从奶制品优势企业质量责任现状入手,分析了质量与责任的关系。从企业质量守法、员工顾客意识、顾客关系、顾客不满化解和优势企业质量管理模式创新等方面探讨了如何发挥企业的主体质量作用。文章强调指出,履行质量责任不是社会对企业的额外要求,而是企业必须承担的最基本的社会责任和义务,是企业生存和发展的必要条件。
Qulity Development Synopsis(2011-2020) of China puts forword that the companies should carry out the non-delegable and independent quality duty strictly, and the leader companies of each industry should be models to promote the whole industry to fulfill social responsibility. In order to help the Chinese companies to understand and practice quality responsibility, this paper analyzes the quality responsibility situation of Chinese milk-product industry firstly, then studies the relationship between quality and responsibility, at last discusses how to bring into play company' s non-delegable and independent quality role from six sides.
