本文以生产领域食品质量政府监管的有效性为研究对象,对其有效性的评价做了深入的分析,结合量化建模方式,提出评估食品质量政府监管有效性指数模型及其测评方法,为评价我国生产领域食品质量政府监管工作提供标准化和可操作性的技术手段,以促进食品质量政府监管机制和举措的不断优化改进。

This thesis studies the effectiveness of government regulation of food quality in production field, analyzing the effectiveness assessment with quantization modeling methods and putting forward index model and method of assessing the effectiveness of government regulation of food quality, it provides standardized and operable technical means of assessing Chinese government optimization of mechanism and measures regulation of food quality in production field for continuous improvement and of government regulation of food quality.
