本文以工程机械领域技术性贸易措施体系之完善为视角,剖析现状、分析问题、提出有关完善建议,旨在为工程机械行业跨越国外技术壁垒尽绵薄之力。
Eyes upon our technical measures in the field of mechanical engineering, the thesis studies its present plight and proposes some suggestions to improve its structure, aiming to help the Corps surpass the foreign technical barriers.
