组织机构代码的应用从国家层面自上而下地推动而地方机构也积极地探索扩展应用,但是组织机构代码作为国家正在建设中的诚信体系建设和实名制管理的基础数据库,还未真正全面地发挥它的作用,还需加快在政府社会方面的更广泛的应用,达到它建设之初的目标,使之在经济与社会的多个重要领域发挥更重要的作用。
