Promoting Sustainable Development of Weld Pipe Industry with Progress of Weld Pipe Manufacturing Equipment Technology

摘要 简要回顾了我国焊管行业的发展历史。阐述了焊管装备技术进步对我国焊管行业发展的推动作用。提出为了实现我国焊管行业的可持续发展,应积极推进技术进步和装备升级,提高焊管企业的竞争实力;增强设备生产能力,推进新产品开发,努力开拓新市场;提高无损检测装置的灵敏度和可靠性。建议焊管装备制造企业与焊管生产企业密切协作,以信息化带动焊管装备的技术进步,消化吸收国际先进技术,加快自主创新,赶超世界先进水平。 Briefly reviewed is the development history of domestic weld pipe industry. Discussed is how the progress of weld pipe manufacturing equipment technology has promoted the development of the weld pipe industry in the country. Suggestions for realization of sustainable development of domestic weld pipe industry are proposed, including speeding up technology progress and equipment upgrade, enhancing competitiveness of weld pipemaking companies, strengthening equipment capacity, promoting R & D of new products, tapping new market, improving sensibility and reliability of the NDT equipment, setting up close cooperation relationship between weld pipe manufacturing equipment makers and weld pipe makers, pushing technology progress of weld pipe manufacturing equipment by means of informationization, adopting and absorbing advanced world technologies, quickening self-innovation, and catching up or even surpassin advanced world levels.
