摘要
分析了各合金元素对球铁组织及性能的影响,并在此基础上适当调整合金元素含量,通过强制冷却铸态凝固过程,铸造出硬度大于300HB的高硬度铸态珠光体球铁穿孔机导盘,而随炉楔型试块的组织为针状贝氏体组织。该导盘组织致密,无缩孔、缩松等缺陷,在Ф340mm连轧管机组的穿孔机上使用,可满足轧制35CrMo气瓶管等高质量钢管的生产要求。
Analyzed are the effects by relevant alloy elements on structures and properties of the nodular iron. And based on the analysis result, contents of the elements are adjusted, and enhanced-cooling operation is performed during the solidification process, which leads to the success in making heavy and large-section piercer guide disc with the said pearlitic nodular iron with hardness greater than 300 HB. And the wedge-shaped sample block for heat analysis is of needle-like bainitic structure. And the guide disc as made in the nodular iron is in compact structure, and free of any defect of shrinkage pipe or shrinkage porosity. Thanks to employment of the guide disc, the Ф340 mm MPM is capable of meeting the need for producing quality tubes like the 35CrMo tube for gas vessel service.
