摘要
目的探讨结核性肠梗阻的外科手术治疗。方法对2008年10月至2011年10月收治的28例肠结核并发肠梗阻病人的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果28例中，治愈20例，二期手术4例，术后并发肠瘘2例，术后再次肠梗阻2例。结论结核性肠梗阻病人病程长、全身情况差、手术复杂、二期手术率较高。必须加强抗结核及营养支持治疗。手术以解除梗阻为主，情况好转后可行二期手术。
Objective To study the surgical treatments of intestinal tuberculosis concurrent with intestinal obstruction. Methods From Oct. 2008 to Oct. 2011, 28 patients with intestinal tuberculosis concurrent with intestinal obstruction receiving surgical treatment were analyzecl retrospectively. Results Of the 28 patients, 20 cases were cured, 4 cases received second stage operations, 2 cases were compli- cated with intestinal fistula, and 2 cases got intestinal re-obstruction after operation. Conclusion In pa- tients with tubercular intestinal obstruction, the disease course is long, whole body situation is bad, and the second stage surgery rate is high. The anti-tuberculosis and the nutrition support treatn^ents should be strengthened before or after operations. The surgical operation relieves the obstruction primarily, and second stage surgery treatment is feasible after the situations get better.
