Consideration on the Establishment of New Technology Innovation System with Enterprise as the Main Body

技术创新是国家创新体系的一个组成部分。本文结合企业情况 ,就建立以企业为主体的技术创新体系 ,提出问题和建议。

The technology innovation is a constituent of innovation system of a state. Based on the enterprise′s real situations,some problems and proposals in setting up the technoloy innovation system with the enterprise as the main body are presented.
