摘要
针对湖北某磷矿特性,以湿法磷酸副产物氟硅酸作为磷矿物抑制剂进行浮选试验研究,试验结果表明,氟硅酸是具有良好选择抑制效果的磷矿物抑制剂。经过正反浮选闭路试验后可获得精矿P2O5品位32.50%、回收率86.25%,有害成分M g O含量仅为0.64%的良好指标。
Based on the feature of the phosphate ore in Hubei, the study of mineral flotation with fluosilicic acid as an inhibitor was be done, which is the by-product from wet process phosphate acid. The test results indicate that the fluosilicic acid is a good inhibitor for phosphate minerals. Through the closed test of direct-reverse flotation, it could be obtained phosphate concentration with 32.50% P2O5. The recovery of P2O5 in the concentration could reach 86.25%. The indicator of the harmful ingredients MgO content of only 0.64%.
