摘要
针对高等教育发展需求,构建和实施高等学校教师教学技能三级网络式校本培训机制,调动整合学校、院(系、部)和教师个体三方积极性,协调各方培训需求,明确各自培训目标,采取多种形式,综合运用多种培训方法,切实保证培训实效,为教师搭建终身学习专业化成长的平台,促进高校教育教学质量的提高,推动高校实现又好又快协调发展。
For the developing need of high education, it is needed to construct and implement the throe-stage network mechanism of school-based training for college teachers'skills, aiming to build a platform for lifelong professional growth of teachers and to promote the quality of high education and the rapid development of the university by defining training goal,taking various training forms and ways comprehensively and arousing the motivation of college, departments and teachers to achieve the desired training effect.
