摘要
运用铁基结合剂金刚石砂轮与专用高频脉冲电源相配合 ,对钢结硬质合金 ( GT35)进行在线电解修整 ( ELID)精密磨削。分析了 ELID超精密镜面磨削异相非均质材料钢结硬质合金表面的磨削机理 ,并通过原子力显微镜对其表面进行了微观表面形貌的分析。研究结果表明 ,采用 ELID磨削技术解决了钢结硬质合金零件的超精密磨削加工 ,钢结硬质合金磨削表面粗糙度可达纳米级 ,Ra≤ 2 0 nm。
The precision mirror surface grinding of steel-bonded cemented carbide has been carried out by the combination of ELID and iron bonded diamond wheel.The grinding mechanism of steel-bonded cemented carbide with the out of phase inhomogeneous was analyzed.The results of atomic force microscopy(AFM) analysis show that the precision mirror surface grinding problem of the part made by steel-bonded cemented carbides has been resolved by using the ELID grinding.The surface roughness produced by ELID-grinding is less than or equal to 20nm in Ra.
