摘要
针对线切割机的控制技术要求,本文提出了采用欧姆龙NJ控制器和EtherCAT网络型伺服组成的控制系统,有效地减少了张力的波动,提高了系统的可靠性和实时性。
According to the control technology requirements of wire cutting machine this paper propose OMRON NJ controller and EtherCAT network type servo control system to reduce the tension fluctuations, and to improve the system＇s reliability and timeliness.
