晒版机是制版印刷中不和或缺的设备,起着非常主要的作用。晒版机是一种用于制作印版的设备,原理为接触曝光成像。晒版时利用大气压力或机械压力使原版与感光版紧密贴合,通过特定液体的光化学反应,将原版上的图像精确地晒制在感光版上。晒版机主要由光源装置、曝光室、真空室、电器部分、机座等部分组成。工作过程大致为:抽真空-曝光-显影-烘干。其中影响晒版质量的主要是抽真空质量和灯光效果。利用和利时LM系列PLC进行控制的晒版机,能够对抽真空和曝光时间进行相应的控制,保证了非常高的晒版质量和效率。
