介绍了施耐德触摸屏在大型传动设备控制装置中的应用。详细描述了控制系统软件的安装及实现功能,满足生产系统备件能够迅速的投入到系统中应用。实践证明,该方法通过对操作流程的规范,设计合理,运行稳定、可靠,能够在设备出现故障后迅速的投入、替代损坏的设备,快速的排除故障。
This paper introduces application of Schneider HMI on large driven equipment control device, describe the control system software installation in detail, meet production system spare parts quickly into the system application. Practice has proved that the method by the specification of the operational processes, design reasonable, stable, reliable, and able to be quickly invested in equipment failure, replace the damaged equipment, and rapid troubleshooting.
