摘要
目前国际上集装箱码头的集装箱装锁及拆锁工艺均采用人工操作。为提高效率,确保安全,研究一种可对集装箱固定旋锁自动加装或者拆卸的专用装置。该装置适用于目前国际上集装箱加固流行使用的各种自动及半自动旋锁。该装置的应用将有助于大量减少现场工作人员的数量,提高码头上的安全管理水平和生产效率。
At present there are a lot of locking and unlocking technology for container in the container terminal, but all of them is by man-made. In order to enhance effect and ensure safety, a special automatic lock and unlocking unit for container fixed twist lock has been manufactured. This unit is suitable to various automatic and half-automatic twist lock of container. The application of the unit is helpful to reduce workers at site and enhance safety management and productive effect.
