摘要
采用两类相对流面的三元流动理论 ,即准三元流动理论 ,求解出离心通风机中叶轮、蜗壳等主要元件流道中速度分布的规律 ,建立起依赖于此速度分布的损失计算公式。考虑各项损失之间的相互关联和影响 ,建立起一个包含 2 6个系数的风机整机损失数学模型。利用已有的后向离心通风机的试验数据 ,采用最优化的方法确定损失模型中的各有关系数。
A theory of three dimensional flow about two relative flow surfaces,that is,quasi three dimensional flow is introduced to worked out the velocity distribution in flow passage of the main components of internal field such as impeller,volute.The loss equations according to gas velocity distribution in the passage are founded.These losses' interaction and influence are considered,and a model of calculating losses of centrifugal fan is founded with 26 coefficients.Introducing the optimal design,the coefficients are confirmed by using of the existing back centrifugal fans.In order to verify reliability of the model,an experiment is made.
