熔喷法非织造布生产线的微机控温系统设计

摘要 介绍了采用MCS -51单片机对熔喷法非织造布生产线进行温度控制的硬件结构和控制软件 ,为提高系统的控制精度 ,采用了基于专家控制规则的PID复合控制方案 该测控系统能够同时完成7路温度自动测量和控制 ,具有响应快、超调小、稳态精度高等特点 通过键盘和显示器构成了良好的人机界面 。 The hardware structure and control software of temperature control system on the nonwovens line by MCS-51 single-chip computer were introduced. To improve the precision of the control, the control method of PID added expert control was used. The temperature of seven ways could be controlled at the same time. This system was the better control system with quicker response, lower excess of the requlation and higher precision of steady state. The unique interface between the keyboard and monitor was formed,so that the reset and test could be done anytime without stopping working of the system.
