摘要 塔河油田某主力区块单井和输油输油管道高含水时,容易在管道接口焊缝处、高程相对低洼处以及绝缘法兰未保护端发生腐蚀,该类腐蚀约占所有腐蚀次数的50%,具有一定的典型性。通过多个腐蚀现场资料收集分析,论文查阅等方式,对上述三类典型腐蚀原因进行查找和确定。如焊缝腐蚀和电偶腐蚀、残余应力等有关,高程相对低洼处腐蚀和积液有关,绝缘法兰未保护端和电位差形成腐蚀电场有关等原因。根据腐蚀原因,近年针对性开展的管道焊缝处碳纤维补强、绝缘法兰未保护端加装牺牲阳极块等措施,实施后取得了一定效果,本文进行综合评价后提出应对措施。 Tahe oilfieid the main blocks of single well and oil pipeline with high water content, easy at the interface of the tube seam, relatively low-lying elevation and insulating flange is not protective end corrosion, the corrosion about all corrosion number 50%, is a typical. Through multiple corrosion field data collection and analysis, this thesis consults and, on the three kinds of typical corrosion in locating and identifying. Such as weld corrosion and galvanic corrosion, residual stress, height relatively low-lying corrosion and effusion, insulating flange is not protective end and a potential difference of formation of corrosion field and other reasons. According to the corrosion reason, in recent years the pipeline weld of carbon fiber reinforcement, insulation flange is not protective end with sacrificial anode block after the implementation of such measures, and achieved certain results, this paper makes a comprehensive evaluation of proposed measures.
