中西医结合内服外治五步法治疗急性乳腺炎86例

Treatment of Acute Mastitis in 86 Patients by Chinese and Western medicines taking Orally or Externally in Five Steps

目的:观察中西医结合内服外治五步法治疗急性乳腺炎的效果。方法:门诊接诊的86例急性乳腺炎患者,在排除乳腺脓肿和其他疾病后,按照内服外治五步法的步骤进行治疗。每日1～2次,根据疾病转归情况决定治疗天数,治疗1～5d。观察86例患者的痊愈率、总有效率,判断疗效。结果:痊愈率占72.1%;总有效率达93%;3d内治愈率60%。结论:中西医结合内服外治五步法治疗急性乳腺炎治愈率高,疗程短,不影响哺乳,无手术创伤,值得临床应用。

Objective： To observe the therapeutic effect of five - step oral and external use Chinese and western medicines on acute mas- titis. Methods：After excluding breast abscess and other diseases, 86 early acute mastiffs outpatients were taken Chinese and Western medicines orally and externally in five steps, 1 to 2 times per day, 1 to 5 days depending on the prognosis and outcome of disease. The curative rate and total effective rate were observed. Results：The total curative rate was 72.1%, and was 60% at Day 3, and the total effective rate was 93 %. Conclusion：The integrated Chinese and Western medicine taken orally or externally in five steps showed good efficacy on acute mastiffs within short period of treatment, and it does not interfere with breastfeeding and non - invasive. Therefore, it is recommendable for clinical use.
