日本现代化进程中,在农村建立起了完善系统的、覆盖面巨大的社会保障体系。对维护农民利益、发展农村经济、实现农业现代化起到了非常重要的作用。日本农村社会保障体系的建立与完善,对我国农村"三化同步"的建设,对我国推进农村社会保障体系的发展起到一定的启迪借鉴作用。

A complete rural social security system has been established in Japan during its modernization process. The system plays an important role in protecting farmers＂ interests , promoting rural economic development and realizing the modernization of agriculture. The establishment and completion of Japan social security system can be used for reference when promoting synchronized development of industrialization, urbanization and modernization of agriculture in rural areas, and also the development of rural social security system in China.
