Selection and Analysis of Anti-Corrosive Coating Materials for Buried Pipeline in Oil Depot

简述了管道腐蚀原理以及防腐涂料的作用机理。介绍了地下管道外防腐常用材料,并从常用防腐涂层性能和用途,涂料施工与适用环境,工程造价比三个方面比较了各种防腐涂料的优劣,指出聚乙烯胶带现多被石油库作为地下管道外防腐采用。

The principles of pipeline corrosion and mechanism of anti-corrosive coating material were described briefly.The common-used external anti-corrosive coating materials of buried pipeline were introduced.And from three aspects of the performance and use of common-used anti-corrosive coating,coating construction and applicable environment,and project cost ratio,the pros and cons of all kinds of anti-corrosive coating materials were compared.The polyethylene tape is common used as external anti-corrosive coating of buried pipeline in oil depots at present.
