石油库站着火爆炸事故的应急处置研究

Study on Emergency Response of Fire Explosion Accidents in Oil Depot

针对油罐火灾、罐(槽)车火灾、输油管线破裂火灾、加油站火灾及电器火灾五种事故形式,在深入分析各自特点的基础上,提出了可行的应急处置方案,为石油库站火灾事故应急抢险方案的制定、具体实施提供了重要参考。

Aiming at five kinds of accidents such as oil tank fire,tank truck fire,pipeline rupture and fire,gas station fire and electrical fire,basing on the analysis of features of each kind of fire accidents,the emergency response plan is proposed,which provide important reference for oil depots and stations to establish and implement emergency response plan of fire accidents.
