摘要
对中国石化广东深圳石油分公司加油站清罐等油罐作业的主要过程进行了风险分析,并结合具体事例提出了关于加强对承包商的安全管理及对施工计划、火源、作业人员、安全监护人员和作业时段等管理的安全防范措施。
The status of oil tank cleaning operation in SINOPEC Guangdong Shenzhen Oil Products Company is introduced,and the risk of the main working process of tank cleaning operation is analyzed.The prevention measures are proposed including strengthening the safety management of contractor and the management of construction plan,fire source,operator,safety supervision personnel,etc.
