朝韩民族和解问题的理论思考

Theoretical Reflections on the National Reconciliation of Korean Peninsula

实现朝韩民族和解是解决朝鲜半岛民族统一问题的内核,也是解决朝鲜半岛其他问题的基石;半岛局势和平稳定是解决朝韩和解问题的前提;周边相关大国的客观、积极态度是实现民族和解的外在条件。尽管朝鲜民族和解之路充满艰辛,但实现朝韩和解的内在外在条件基本具备,为了进一步推动朝韩民族和解的实现,需要一个具有法律约束力的宏观政策来构建彼此间的信任机制,在主权让渡问题上朝韩之间必须要相互妥协,并与周边国家在东亚一体化框架内加强合作,逐步摆脱美国对朝韩和解问题的干预。

The national reconciliation is the core for the unity of Korean Peninsula and it is the toundation m soiwng other issues of Korean Peninsula. Peace and stability are the premise in solving the national reconciliation of Korean Peninsula, while the objective and positive attitudes of neighboring countries are the external conditions for realizing the national reconciliation. Under the circumstances of having the internal and external conditions of realizing the national reconciliation, it is necessary for both sides to establish legally binding macro policy and actively set up trust mechanism and reach a compromise on the issues of transfer of sovereignty. And it is necessary to enhance co- operations with neighboring countries in the frame of the integration in East Asia and break away from the interfer- ence of USA on the national reconciliation.
