摘要
对于北大的"中学校长推荐制",社会上始终存在着"热"、"冷"两种声音,既有赞成,又有反对。推荐制的公平和价值问题是社会争论的焦点。推荐制并不一定会导致不公平,公平完全可通过完善制度来保障。符合学生的身心发展规律是推荐制的根本价值,这赋予了推荐制存在的合理性。改革考试技术、完善政策和措施、营造宽松的社会环境是更好地实施推荐制的重要举措。
As to "the principal recommendation system in middle school "" in Peking University, there are two different opinions. Some people approve it and others disapprove it. The fairness and the value of the recommendation system are the focuse of debate. Recommendation system does not cause unfairness in- evitablely and fairness can be guaranted by system. That recommendation system is in accordance with stu-dents' physical and mental development is its basic value, which entrusts rationality to it. Reforming exam technique, improving related policies and creating a good social environment are important measures to car-ry it out much better.
