摘要
采用有限元软件MARC提供的不同描述方法,建立液压机活动横梁和液压缸的三维有限元模型,对其进行模拟仿真,得到在不同描述方式下活动横梁部件和液压缸部件的应力分布规律。仿真结果表明:进行有限元模拟时,在无法保证相互接触物体网格一致的条件下,可以采用解析描述方法进行计算;不同的描述方法对三维非旋转曲面体结构的计算影响不大,而对三维旋转曲面体结构的计算有较大影响;解析描述方法可以消除离散描述不精确带来的误差,提高计算精度。
The three-dimensional finite element model of aetive-crussbeam and hydraulic cylinder were built ou different bonndaly description, offered by MARC software. The analysis of those struc, tures were carried nut. Some important results, such as the distributed state of those components were obtained, The simulation results show that: if the grid of objects can not keep identical with each other, the analytic description approach can be used in the finite element simulation: influence of different boundary' description on non-rotating surface body was small, hut afthcted the rotating surthce body, Analysis description approach could eliminate the errors of discrete description and improved calculation precision .
