摘要
利用CAESARⅡ管道应力分析软件对某公司多段分级转化流化床煤气化中试装置核心设备:气化炉、三级旋风分离器、废热锅炉及附属管道进行整体建模与应力分析,比较三种不同管道布置方案的优缺点。按美国ASME B31.3《工艺管道》标准要求及工程实践经验,考虑管道在内压、自重、温度、地震、风载等载荷作用下管道的受力情况,并通过载荷工况的组合作用,得出各个工况下管道的应力分布,确定各弹簧支座的型号,计算管道对设备管口的管道载荷。
The pipe tress analvsis sofftware CAESARII is used to eslablish the model to perform the stress analysis on the core equipmenl of the muhistage conversion fluidized bed coal-gasifieation pilot plant thai is developed by a company: gasifier. Iriple cyclones and asle heal boiler as well as aceessoty piplines. The advantages and disadvantage of three differen piping schemes are compared. The stress distribution under different service conditions is obtained on the basis of ASME B31.3 Prowess Piping and the experience gained from preious projects and under the consideration of the firees acting on the pipelines under the loads of internal pressure, dead weigh, temperature, seismic , wind and etc and by the combination of different renl service conditions. With the stress distribution resuh, the type of spring supports can be determined and the load of the piipelines exerting the nozzle of vessels can ealculated.
