摘要
传统的"化"育美德思想中关于德育目的、内容和方法等方面的认识和经验对于研究高校学生德育低效问题具有重要启示。高校学生缺乏德育主体性精神并非因为缺少内在需求和动机,而是外在的各种环境因素,如学校教育目标的异化、教师主体性不足、隐性课程的作用未被重视等使学生内在动机弱化,造成德育低效。
The traditional education idea of "hua" is an important enlightenment for the study of university students' moral education efficiency.Students' lack of moral subjectivity is not because of a lack of internal demand and motivation,but the external environmental factors,such as the goal of school education dissimilation,teacher's subjectivity inadequacy,recessive course of action was not taken seriously,make the students intrinsic motivation is weakened,resulting in low efficiency of moral education.
