论高校隐性思想政治教育

On College Implicit Ideological and Political Education

现代社会的迅速发展使高校思想政治教育所面对的教育环境、教育客体、教育手段发生了很大的变化。针对此情况,高校思想政治教育应该在传统显性教育的基础上加强隐性教育。本文分析了隐性教育的内涵和特点,提出了高校应从物质形态、制度形态、精神形态、虚拟形态四个方面大力开发隐性思想政治教育的功能,促进大学生的成长成才。

The rapid development of modern society makes education environment,the object of education,the educational means change a lot the ideological and political education face.In this case,the ideological and political education education should be strengthened on the basis of the traditional dominant education recessive.This paper analyzes the connotation and characteristics of the recessive education proposed universities should physical form,the four aspects of the system morphology,spiritual formation,virtual form of vigorously develop implicit function of the ideological and political education,and promote the growth and success of their students.
